Welcome to RFID for LIbraries and Supply Chains Blog!

Hello.
I am very interested in this topic and hope to use this blog: to express my views about RFID technology, to learn about the opinions and experiences of others, and tp to raise awareness about the capabilities of this technology.

    Hello again,
Was sorting through my file cabinet of RFID-related info, web-printouts, articels, vendor literature, and rfid-related paraphenalia. I have quite a collection of things. Not enough time to read ALL of them. Then I was reminded that I finally started the blog I wanted to start way back in 2003 when I was the project manager for our cataloging project of 15000 rare books at our University's special collections.

I "suppose" I should devote some time to this blog on RFID - a technology which has been of great interest to me for sometime and has come to consume what USED to be my "free time."

Tonight, I was just gathering some data for another RFID and Libraries article. I want to make this blog a little more substanial -- but have a teapot whistling, two dogs with cold noses nesting at my feet, and a really intoxicating aroma wafting from some gardenia I bought. Figured I would celebrate Spring with fresh flowers, since the flower bulbs are just now peaking through the dirt in Buffalo.

Well, I must get the kettle.

    Will start adding links soon.

    Best,
    Diane
